Governing Board

The Board of Directors is the executive body of the association and is responsible for the operation and achievement of the association’s goals.

More information about the functions of the Board of Directors of Ynet can be found in the statutes, Article 7.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for the association’s accounting (processing transactions, invoices, receipts)
  • Monitoring and maintaining budgets of individual budgetary components (according to the approved activity plan and financial plan)
  • Approving projects and managing purchases for the Implementation Team (RT)
  • Communicating with the university and its representatives (contracts, rentals, premises, etc.)
  • Communicating with student organizations (joint projects, events, etc.)
  • Communicating with the Implementation Team (informing about current developments, accounting status, etc.)
  • Maintaining minutes from Board and RT meetings
  • Preparing documentation and managing procurement processes
  • Advancing the association and ensuring compliance with its direction and goals
