 1. Definition of terms

• Registered computer:
• Network device, managed by its owner, who is also a registered member. Devices mac address is registered to its user.

• Registration data:
• Name
• Residence
• Room number
• ID number
• Physical address of network interface device
• Computer name
• Login
• School

• Rules:
• Carts
• General assembly resolution
• Board regulations
• Networks terms of use (this rules)

 2. General rules

Member

• must keep with the following rules:
• laws of Slovak Republic.
• rules of network SANET ¹⁾.
• rules of network STUNET ²⁾.
• RFC 1855 (netiquette).

• is obliged to respect commands of administrators on his block and/or his depute
• has right to use all the advantages originating from his membership without reasonless restrictions
• cannot manipulate network cables and other network facilities.
• is obliged to report any change of his registration data
• is obliged to provide access to his room for network maintenance procedures
• is responsible for content and management of his data and all executed from his registered computer
• cannot provide non-member with advantages originating from his membership
• cannot use advantages originating from his membership to commercial use
• cannot use network to propagate unrequested information, political, religion, and racial agitation, propagation of drugs and spread materials, which are in contradiction to valid laws of Slovak Republic

Control of compliance

• member is obliged to aloud access to his room and his registered computer necessary for controlling obedience of Ynet´s terms of use
•  Denying access necessary verify a suspected terms of use violation, is considered as violating the rules
•  this control can only be executed by authorized personnel delegated by board in cooperation with local administrator on particular block
•  User activity can be monitored in order to control the compliance of the networks terms of use. Otherwise user activity cannot by monitored at any case.

 3. Safety

• Member can not:
• use any means to gain other access rights, or privileged status, which was not assigned to him
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to protected information and other users data
• disrupt the work of other users and networks fluency
• use network for unauthorised access to protected information systems 
• perform activities harmful to other information systems
• in case of any safety defect inform Ynet ³⁾.
• if gains right not assigned to him, is obliged to immediately inform Ynet, whilst he cannot use this rights!!!
• is responsible for safety of his own computer.

4. Connecting unauthorised personnel and equipment

• without the approval of the board member can not by any means connect Ynets network with other networks (expect cases defined in part Virtual computers and virtual networks)
• Only registered computers in reconciliation with registration data can be connected to Ynets network
• Member´s computers cannot serve an gateways connecting unregistered devices to network
• Local administrator can grant an exception from rules in this paragraph in its block 

Virtual computers and virtual networks

• Member can create virtual networks in order to access different networks
• Member cannot create virtual networks in order to grant access of foreign networks to Ynet´s
• On its registered physical computer member can create any number of virtual computers, connect them with each other and granting them access to ynet´s network
• Network activity of virtual computer is considered as activity of physical host

 5. Communication

 6. Final clauses

• Board can grant an exception from this rules
• Level of provided services are subjects to plausibility of Ynet
• Ynet does not account for damage inflicted upon using ynet´s network, or upon becoming member of Ynet. Ynet does not account for user data integrity.
• Member is obliged to immediately inform the group of any violation of this terms
• If a member causes any damage, he is obliged to supply an adequate replacement and/or financial compensation
• In case of violation of these terms, board decides the adequate penalty. This can be excessive membership payment, loss of benefits, exclusion, initiating disciplinary proceeding in school act.
